This is awesome. ^^'

Pros: The water is awesome, and the water dripping looks cewl.(tip: Tears look like water, but kinda blue-ish.) the eyes are adorable and pretty. The flower is perfectly drawn, and the lily pads are adorable, and the fur is amazing. I loves kittys swiming.

Cons: The dripping water kinda looks like drool... XD Idk, i guess that's my opinion, but still. The little spots where the whiskers come out are a bit big, I guess I think that because most of the cats I see its hidden? There are a bit of mis-blurs on the eyes, but its not noticeable too much. Try to add a bit more motion to the dripping water next time. Just a bit more.

All in all, the water is perfect. Just remember to have fluid movement. In forested areas where you'll find lillies. The water is generally murky by movement beneath it. So it's a perfect color and shape. The expression of the kitty is perfect and simply adorable. I also love how you made her fur have the appearance of being wet.
Be sure to watch people and animals going through water more, to catch more of a fluid movement.
Whenever I painted, I don't know if this will help you because it's not digital art. But for water I used bases of purples for deep shadows, and browns to show dept. You can add a little blue. But looking at lakes and waters, its mostly grey NOT blue. Depending on the area of your character and where they will be. If they are in an enclosed area, the water will look more brown. If they are under an open sky. It will have a tint of blue.
And personally, the lilies look exactly like the ones from the old campground I used to go to all the time. They even have the same movement and detail. Looking at the one on her face and how it's nicely flopped over. But if she's coming up from beneath the lilly to have this. She'd need to be a little more wet and not as fluffy as in the picture. That's about my only critique :3
But all in all adorable.I love the pose, and the eye always drags me into the picture the most.
ALSO the drops are perfect shape.
I also like how you showed depth in the picture as well. Try deeper shadows to make the picture pop out more.
Purples bring out oranges and browns for forest scenes. Blues bring them out in a more opened and sea-like scene. Yellows and oranges bring out greens.
BUT I am also colorblind. Your picture probably looks a lot different to you and everyone else but me.
:3 I just hope this helps out a little bit though, sis.
But this is simply, simply beautiful and breath taking like all of your art.

Brilliant! The water looks amazing! The cats fur is drawn beautifully. And that flower is amazing!
I do think that the back should be a lower if that make sense. I just can't see where her neck is, if you get what I mean.

But honestly, this is amazing. How do you do this so quickly?!
